EU programmes and national calls require more than a good project.
The application must match the programme's objectives, the budget must follow the rules, and the project must then report indicators, progress and payment claims over several years.
Most organisations have the expertise for the work itself but lack the time and experience for the rest. That is the part I take care of.
What I do
Applications
I write the application with you or review your draft before submission, focusing on what is assessed: relevance, feasibility, budget and expected results.
Project administration
In funded projects I handle the ongoing administration: progress reports, payment claims, indicators, budget follow-up and steering group material.
How I work
You own the idea and the content. I make sure it holds up formally and administratively.
Limited assignment
For example a funding analysis or a review before submission.
Ongoing assignment
Support through the whole project period, from start to final report.
Experience
For several years I have coordinated and administered projects funded by the European Regional Development Fund, ESF+ and Interreg, in research, innovation, digitalisation and sustainability.
I have worked with a wide range of funders, regions and municipalities, as well as start-ups and larger companies in the financial and telecom sectors.
